I never heard of glow plugs. I've always heard of doing it with spark plugs. But thats with a carb. Cuz my friend has a big dodge pickup and hes putting the sparkplugs in the exhaust along with propane nozzles to shoot 20 foot flames. They make a kit: http://www.hotrodsetc.net/flamekit.html

Maybe glow plugs work with EFI engines

I was gonna order one for my camaro, cause I had the exhaust tips extended 3" past the bumper so the flames wouldnt melt em, but I'm out of work so I'm sellin the camaro. Then I can finish my Hyundai!
I wonder how they did it in The Fast and The Furious...

Some place in Japan makes the kit for imports. It costs about $700 dollars. I like it, but i don't got that money to waste right now.i saw it in one of the import tuner magazine, a little bit after the movie came out.

A friend of mine has a riding lawn tractor that has a dual exhuast on it. It blows out fire. The way he did that was by putting sparkplugs at the tip of the pipes and igniting it. Looks pretty cool. lol...Kid has too much time on his hands.

I eat Honda Civics for breakfast, Toyota Corollas for lunch, and Volkswagen Jettas for dinner
