That's ridiculous. That goes to show how bad the Beta motor is designed for naturally aspirated applications.

That'd be pretty sweet if it WAS designed for Forced Induction.

I'll email the engineers at Hyundai and find out.

It seems the Alpha engine in the Accent is better suited for NA and the Beta for FI.
