feeling a little lazy tonight- about how many cc can a 255 lph fuel pump drive through 4 injectors at stock fuel pressure (i think 43psig). if i need to give a redline requirement, let's stay at a safe 6500 hard limit.

by posting this, i realize i am most likely going to find my answer on google now, as opposed to the last few minutes of crude math and punishing people on AIM.

255 lph = 255000 cc per hour total
63750 cc per hour per injector (4 cyl)

6500 rpm * 60 min/hr = 390000 rph / 4 (4 stroke) = 97500 stroke per hour

im basically trying to determine if im going to lose fuel pressure approaching 100% duty cycle on a dual fuel rail setup with stock injectors and a rail of 500cc injectors, driven with 255 lph pump. im trying to build something that will get through obd2 inspection easily, even be easily driven off boost, and be able to cause passengers to pee themselves on demand. assuming (eek) the stock 1.6 injectors are 190cc...

i think i'm going to settle for (255 lph * (1000cc/1liter)) /60 minutes/4 injectors = 1062.5cc per cylinder that can be driven by the 255 lph fuel pump on a 4 cyl.

after the 1.6L dual setup is done, we shouldnt have any problems fuel pump related using 240cc beta injectors + 500cc srt4 injectors (740cc) total.
