assuming by bounce you mean the only 2 values are 1500 and 3000 irrespective of revving the engine, i'd say you have the wrong wire. otherwise, my engine bounces between a few rpm points when i rev it too *shrug*
His rpms when he revs it up actually bounces when it starts to rev back down and gets to 1500 it goes back to 3000 revs back down to 1500 back up to 3000 etc etc and eventually settles down. Its the right wire according to webtech and emanage shows the correct rpm,tps and maf voltage...... He has bigger injectors/high flow fuel pump, you think it could be reading an air fuel it doesnt like and going haywire?
i guess not enough info. the emanage is a piggy back, does it control acceleration enrichments (and enleanments)? maybe it's fighting closed loop at the stock computer and the iac is being adjusted to fix the afr from stabbing the throttle. is emanage also controlling spark here? what all wires are spliced? coolant temp? air intake temp?

what has been done so far, during the install?
It was just the very basic emanage no additions. Its all fixed now, the ecu didnt like the current tune :dead:
