I posted this a while back on fxtreme but here it goes: A while ago i took my dash apart to paint to everything and every since my hazards and turn signals don't work<img src=icon_smile_angry.gif border=0 align=middle>. My hazard button doesn't even light up anymore. All my other buttons and functions work fine though. I've checked all the fuses too and they are fine. so if anyone has any suggestions please help. I'm really trying to avoid taking it to the dealership but if did have to take it to the dealer would my warrenty be voided since i've taken it apart to paint it?

I serously think you might of made a incorrect connection there bud. I took off my ac and heater middle console once some wires came off the console and I have a "HEY DAY" trying to get them right.

Hi, I have a similar problem where my hazards don't work but my left & right indicators are fine! I've also noticed that my indicators don't flash with the central locking either.

I think this may be a world record for the oldest thread to be resurrected.

Have you checked for a blown fuse yet? Hazards use a separate fuse from the turn signals.
Fuse is fine. Still has me buggered what the problem could be because I need it fixed so I can take the car in for a blue slip for rego.

My next instinct would be to check the turn signal relay. If memory serves, it controls both the turn signal and hazard functionality.
I'm thinking it's the hazard switch on the dash that's faulty because my left & right turn signals work perfect & i also think the central locking flasher runs off that switch too. Fingers crossed the problem is fixed when i replace that switch but if that isn't the problem, plan B is checking the turn signal relay etc.

Once i found the problem, i will post my results on here so it can help others that might happen to have the problem as me. :)
