That's an HDK Special. *lol* Basically...you can only get it from them, unfortunately. But look at it this way. If you store your car for the winter, order the kit now, and you MIGHT have it by summer, when you pull your car out of storage. *lol*

Contact boogyman of Shark Racing. he can get the kit...but I'm not 100% of the price. Tell him you want the "Royal" kit for your gen tibby.

Leave it to Random to Needlessly complicate things.

you'd get that kit faster if you ordered directly from the company that makes it which i believe is RC in korea or like random has said through boogyman himself? i think the kit itself is called dragon and from all the vents and bends i can get the idea of a dragon from the kit but i dont really think it matches the car.
plus i talked to boogyman about it once before i believe, can't really remember if it was him or someone else in korea .... anyways the general jist of what i gathered about the kit is that it has fit problems.

Thank you for all your help, guys. Looks like I will have to do a bit of research before this becomes a possibility. (Not that I have the disposable cash right now anyways).

TiGgEr - whether this matches the car or not (in current state), I will make it match. I will do whatever I need to do to make the body of my car and this kit work seemlessly.

Too, I want a kit that fits. I don't want to monkey around with it. If I wanted to fiddle around for endless hours, I would just break out the sheet metal and rivet gun myself and play. The point of buying a kit is to have the hard work done for you. This is all a little disheartening. That kit would have looked really nice with my flame idea.

Me and my want for an overstyled car!

i am not sure but i believe if you were to buy this kit from HDK you woulndt be getting an original but a copy of that kit which would probably lower the fit quality for it.
tibgrrl definitely check with boogyman about it. and definitely stay away from hdk ... tho i cannot confirm my theory that youd be getting a copy of the kit instead of the actual kit that RC sells, enough people have talked about HDK's shoddy service to warrant major concern

Ravdav -> I am not complaining, this is what I was told by TiGgEr: anyways the general jist of what i gathered about the kit is that it has fit problems. Therefore, 2ond gen or not, if it doesn't fit, that means I have to monkey around with it, defeating the purpose of getting a kit and not working the metal myself.

TiGgEr -> Thank you for all the advice and I am more than cautious about HDK. I try to avoid shoddy service as much as I can and this company in particular has show that they are not worthy of our trust. I don't need to get burned to learn my lesson. So RC it is. (Well, when I have the cash. Until then I will keep researching and pestering)

i *think* ... that RC has a site that I ran upon once. if they do for sure have a site i am sure that boogyman or anyone in korea can probably point you in the direction, tho most likely the site would be in korean so that might not help you alot. lol
