I'm going to get a header for my tibby and I wanted to know if you're suppose to take converter off or just move it back Is there anyone here that's from Wisconsin I'm from Bloomer, it's about 20 miles north of Eau Claire. I was thinking if there are any people from WI we could meet up

THe Cat coming down on your down pipe will have to be removed. You will most likely need to put another Cat somewhere else on the exhaust piping to replace the one you removed.

All you have to do is remove the manifold thats there now and install your new hedder. what you'll have to do is get a custom exhaust shop to weld on an O2 sensor nut under the car for you O2 sensor and move them down. You'll have to get special low resitance wire and lengthen the wires.
