Both my lowbeams wont turn on, turned my highbeams on and they blew out too, my air bag light turned on and then i hit a bump on the highway and the air bag light cut off? Lately my check engine light would cut on around a bump or wahtever and then cut off. Could it possibly o2 sensor wiring meltin together or coudl it be my alternator? I checked for blown fuses and found nothing. My air fuel ratio gauge is like spiking way in the red for no reason but the car is running fine. What could be the problem?

sounds like you have a short. are the dash lights working when the headlight switch is in the on position?

all the lights are working except the headlights, i checked all the fuses also

take a voltmeter and take a reading of the voltage with the car on. Might be a short, might be surges from the alternator.

im pretty sure its the alternator, got it from the junkyard about 5 months ago or so, its pretty close to the downpipe too. All the voltages in the car are reading high, and the interior lights are bright

yea, i would replace it then, computers dont like voltage surges.
