Headlight problem

Ok, now this might be something that is really simple... but how the **** do you adjust the direction and height of the headlights?!

By using a philips head screw driver..... there is a hole that you stick it down. its easier to see what i mean if u take of the plastic cover around the lights. by the hole somewhere there is a U shaped arrow and it has a U for up and a D for down. just pop the hood and ull see what i mean... once u get the screw drive down there you turn it left or right
