Hyundai needs a smack over the knuckles with a wrench on this one. After some searching it appears that the fuses responsible for the separate left and right headlights are in the engine compartment marked B+2 and B+4. They are multi function fuses which means there should be other circuits affected by these fuses being blown. Do a voltage probe off the backs of these fuses to test if they're live. Good luck, hope this has helped
