haha. i hate it when my knocker sensor goes bad... i always end up staring at flat girls when it goes bad or isn't calibrated.
i'm not sure your actually talking about the knock sensor here... if the knock sensor was in the throttle body wouldn't it be constantly set off by the sound of the air flowing through the TB? plus if it was before the cylinders how is it doing to detect when knock occurs?
are you sure your not talking about the mass air flow sensor? do hyundais even have MAF's? or do they use MAP sensors to calculate the amount of fuel to be dumped into the cylinders?
take my post with a grain of salt. keeping in mind i dont know much about specific hyundai products, i'm looking for answers to those questions =)
