Installed my malpassi fpr from PSC today (after modding the bracket) its all in. Started the car up and it runs like standard yay! however the psi readings are
idle (20inHG) - 20psi
full throttle (0inHG) - 37psi
wierd...

so i adjusted it a little (as car was running lean before fpr went in) and the new readings are
idle (20inHG) - 22psi
full throttle (0inHG) - 40psi

Air/Fuel ratios now seem fine

However between 0inHG and 10inHG ( half to full throttle) or when idling with no vac hose attached there is a kind of whistle that come from the FPR and the unit has a bit of vibration in it. This whistle must definately be abnormal as it is quite audible from in the cabin.

Please help...any ideas?

The guage seemed to be working fine with the stock setting from malpassi, except the idle psi was low. It was only when i turned the adjuster screw 1/6th of a turn to richen the mix that the noise occurs.

any ideas why it is making this noise? and vibrating?

or any ideas why my idle fue psi is so low?

I can tell you that in negative vacuum fuel pressure is decreased, it is raised as you get closer to your atmospheric pressure (or Zero aka static pressure). The raising is perfectly normal. I cant explan the noise....
