Hey guys,
I have a slight (or big?) problem. I'm getting a scraping sound/feel from my brake pedal and it origionates from the front driver side brake. Will it require replacement of just the pads or will I need to do something else.....and how much can I expect to pay for it?

It's a scratching sound, through the pedal it feels like I have rocks for brake pads. The sound is similar to that too. It's not a consistent grinding sound either. I have 73000 miles on my car, I bought it used and I don't have a service record for it, so I don't know the last time the pads were changed.
