Ok I moved back home to save money!($800+ a month!) so here comes the car mods....all I have now is a CAI and K&N filter...my idea is to get a 4-2-1 header with a full 2 inch exhust with some type of muffler....what do you all think good? bad? Advantages, disadvantages??? Let me know!

When you do buy a muffler, spend the extra bucks and get a name brand muffler. It will give you a little more performance and won't have that raspy, ricey sound to it.

lantra it is a bad ass muffler but it is a racing muffler and in turn it will have a raspy sound to it. if thats not what your looking for then i wouldnt suggest it. try a dunk or a dtm style they have the best sound.

You don't have too. I never thought wires would add performance to a vehicle. Plugs, yes.

Wires are good for dressing up the engine bay, but won't really add any power. I'd say go for it, if only for vanity.

Brand Name universal mufflers I've seen so far- 5-zigen Fireball, 5-zigen Border "Slash Tail", Apex'i N-1, Apex'i Dunk (on clearance at modacar.com for $159), HKS Hiper, Blitz NUR-Spec. I've seen it go pretty cheap at wholesalehyperformance.com The Blitz muffler is my favorite.

actually you do benefit from better wires. it allows a better spark than stock. not 9mm though, 8mm is what you want.
