Ok I moved back home to save money!($800+ a month!) so here comes the car mods....all I have now is a CAI and K&N filter...my idea is to get a 4-2-1 header with a full 2 inch exhust with some type of muffler....what do you all think good? bad? Advantages, disadvantages??? Let me know!

lantra it is a bad ass muffler but it is a racing muffler and in turn it will have a raspy sound to it. if thats not what your looking for then i wouldnt suggest it. try a dunk or a dtm style they have the best sound.

Sorry about that post hehe what it was suppose to say was
when I do the header/exhust should I also upgrade the plugs and wires to a 9mm? Any suggestions?

2 in exhust w/performance exhust(still looking)
Kore wires
Some type of plugs


I was reading the post of the guy who installed headers and got no performance value out of it and I dont wnat that to happen?!!!

2 in exhust with 5-zigen Fireball exhust
Kore 8mm wires with Bosch Platinums
Along with my existing K&N and CAI

What type of acceleration/hp gain am I looking at?

I drive my car for work everyday. 20 miles or so approx.
Am I going to lose(in your opinion) any mpg?
