somebody referred me to you. they say that the alpine turbo kit is giving people problems on their 1st gen tibbi. any suggestions on a different manufacturer that makes a turbo for the 1.8L? thank you

I can tell you that it gives you problems as delivered. Expect to pay much more than the $1900 kit price to get it working right.

I was last quoted $700 to get the uni-chip retuned.

However...I just found out Alpine is coming back to Los Angeles in Early November. Hopefully I can give them another crack at fixing the install/tuning...
