does anybody know about any exhausts for 00-01 tibs? im sick of finding'em for the 99 down and 02 up. the only one i found is an HKS.. good name, but wonder if its worth it.

HKS is worth the money it has an agressive sound to it. if you have headers and a mid-pipe with it, it is even better. i have the HKS, but i had to order the KORE cat-back to get a mid-section. It's got the turbo deep tone to it.

HKS TOTALY WORTH THE MONEY...

I have the HKS on mine. It has a nice sound to it. Nothing like that annoying farting sound you hear from most cars. Its a nice low pitched purr(for lack of a better word)

it is the original rear-section that HKS sells, it bolts right on to the stock exhaust and headers it won't be that loud but it will still have the low tone. it kinda costs a leg and an arm but totaly worth the money. i bought mine right when it first came out and that was almost $400.

yeah like i said on my original post, i can find a thousand exhaust specific applications for 99 down and 03 and up tibs. they're all over the place. do you have a sound clip of your exhaust? i'd like to hear it if you do.

HKS is an AWESOME brand! It looks pretty neat and stock which for me it would be great since the cops were I live (Puerto Rico) will give u a 100$ worth ticket for having a modified muffler. I'm planning to buy the OBX universal muffler. It looks like the Greddy Evo muffler. Ive always liked the looks and sound of one of these! To bad they don't make a cat-back for the RD! I don't know if it's me but in the Flyryde pic the muffler looks a little tilted to it's side. But again it looks bad ass!

i customed tilted it to the side. all my buddies love my exhaust cause it's got the sleeper look and got one low ass tone to it.

Ok..I see! But yes it is real nice! Did the car felt any better? I'm planning on buying the Hotshot header from FlyRyde.com. It looks real bad ass! If I put The header and the HKS rear muffler, only leaving the mid section on, will it still work??? I know that with an upgraded mid pipe would be better But the thing is that I don't want my car to sound real loud as I mentioned earlier, I don't want the 'good' company cops on my back.

i don't think that if u buy the headers n get the HKS exhaust it will work because first i bought the HKS n then i got the headers n it didn't work cause the headers will be too long to bolt up to the stock mid pipe. that's why i bought the KRD cat-back n just used the mid-section. it's worth the money to get it cause u get the full sound of the exhaust then, if u use justthe HKS it won't be loud, u won't really be able to hear it at all.
u will feel the power from just getting the HKS put on.

yeah that will work but finding a mid-pipe will be kinda hard because u need one that will stretch far enough to bolt up to the headers and rear-section. but when u get it in let me knoe cause i want to knoe how it sounds.
