Do any of you think that a home made intake will void a warranty?
I want to have some fun but not if it will void a warranty.

Yeah, Brendon, I agree with you, I put the BBTB on my intake manifold, but my senor on the TB broke, they simply replaced for me, for cheap. My dealer is pretty cool, but they take so long to finsh there work, but aslong as they do it right then its all good, they even installed my Apex' tachometer for me. A lot of times is just a matter of getting to know your dealer and show them that you are educated when it comes to cars. If they think you are an idiot they are more likely to try to take advantage of you.

Remember these rules.

Always be cool with them atleast until they start to take advantage of them.

If they try to take advantage of you reamain calm and ask for the # of their District supervisor. If you start b!tching and yelling it will get you absolutely nowhere.

Always make sure you know your rights. Otherwise you can't provide an argument. Arming yourself with knowledge is always the best way to win.

You should not realy worry too much about warranty when it comes to installing a CAI. If you are then don't make your own get one from KORE that way you won't have to worry about it falling apart and if you ever do take the car in it won't look like you are a silly ricer that puts cheap sh!t on your car and fvcks it up.
