now i own Weapor R muffler without het silencer adn i am getting really tired so now i want toget same muffler but with a silencer......anyoneknow how much it will reduce noise???

you're tired of the noise? or you're just tired? a silencer will reduce noise significantly, but it varies depending on the manufacturer.

Go for the R1 Bomber...thas what i am ridin' with right now and it sounds pretty mean on an accent, and the silencer makes it go down to just a low rumble that won't bother you at all, but without the silencer on my car my ears pop at full throttle<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

**** man wut you need to do is go to your local auto zone or advanced auto parts and buy you a 3a racing high performance muffler, it'll cost you under a 100 and it has a sweet sound, thats wut i got on mine right now, and all the honda boys always want to race me cause of it.

With a silencer, it usually negates any gained HP you picked up from installing your muffler. If you're gonna get a new muffler, might as well indulge and get a brand name muffler with some more quality. In the long run you're gonna think about it and wished you spent that extra $80s for something nicer.

i would not pay $349 for just a muffler. if it is a full catback then yes, but not just an axle back.
