I currently have a 2000 model Excel twin cam. I am just about to start modifying the engine and want at least 100kw or so without forced induction. I was thinking of a twin throttlebody kit, chip, ported and polished head, shave the head to up the compression, bigger injectors and regulator to match. Can anyone tell me of how much this will approximately make as no one here has done all this and can give you a straight answer. If this wont make the cut what else can I do to it without putting quad throttle bodies on as I don't want to have to change the computer and the budget won't extend that far. Nos is also out of the question.

I hope that amongst all that you are planning on doing the basic I/H/E?

As far as to telling you what all your mods you listed will bring you I dunno. I don't think anyone here has done it yet either.

I am pretty sure I am pushing 130hp now at the flywheel. I will know for sure once I get dynoed in the spring before and after the TEC II installation. Has anyone else visited the dyno yet???

what I/H/E mean remember Im australian and dont understand alot of your slang. If it means research, investigate etc yes I have a bloke here put twin throttlebodies on,chip and twin nitro jets ,2 inch exshaust giving him 105kw or so but as I said I cant find anyone who is doing what I am and want to know wheather the extra mods are worth it or not I am currently using a 2.5 inch exhaust with a lukey muffler and resonator so there is no worries about changing that although extractors are needed but don't see the point if the head isnt port and polished. U said u have over 100kw or so what engine mods u got
