remove the center fascia/panel (pulls right off)...disconnect connectors (a/c, clock, fog light, etc) take out screws (should be 4) surrounding the radio....pull radio out and remove connectors behind it
no it doesn't. i removed my stock infinity radio in my 03 tib. about a year ago. finding a wiring harness was difficult to so i had to cut the stock harness and connect each wire individually. if you go about this route make sure you leave enough wire on the end of the stock harness incase you ever need or want to install the stock radio again.
