2002 Elantra GLS-Do you have to remove the bumper to take out the resonater? and can you leave the stock heat shield in for a short ram intake? Or does anyone know where to get a cai for an automatic 2002 elantra.<img src=/images/forums/snitz/smile.gif width=15 height=15 border=0>

I have the same car as you and it was a B*tch! Just get underneath the car loosen the wheel well mud guard and find the two screws holding the box up and then take off the heat shield to unscrew the hose from the resonator. I didn't take off the bumper, but you have to becare full not to scratch it.
