I am glad to see Hyundai selling more and more cars, however, simple economics tells us that if they continue to sell at such an increased rate, soon an Elantra will cost what an Accord does and so on, the only downside is that the prices will go up on our beloved cars. But I do love seeing us become more and more accepted.:)

I dunno Cougart.. If they were in the New York Stock Exchange, AMEX, or NASDAQ it would be easy... but they're listed as an over the counter stock.. (whatever that means.)<img src=icon_smile_dead.gif border=0 align=middle>

I read somewhere that Hyundai and Daimler-Benz signed a non-competative agreement. This really screwed a local buisnesman who was plaining to build Hyundai trucks under the Bearing name in a plant outside of Winchester VA. Supposedly, Hyundai pulled out at the last minute, because the Hyundai trucks were competing with D-B trucks. The poor guy is up to his eyes in debt with a factory but no trucks to produce. I wonder how this non-competative agreement will effect auto production. Could the XG300 be considered competition?
