Do you guys feel that the OEM air filter that comes to Hyundai Accents get deteriorate very quickly??

I felt my filters paper get very dry and condensed ( the texture when you put a filter paper in to water and dry it ) and the get clogged like, my filter is just a month and i feel the filter is fully dried up and stuffed


any experince??

do you think K&N filter is good for our motors heard they let dust particules in to the engine and destroy AIR FLOW SENSORS

k&n are one of the best filters, they filter stuff out great and breathe better than most filters.

I replace the air filter yearly because it becomes very dirty indeed. By comparison, I changed the air filter only twice on my 130 000 km 4+ years Mazda3. The intake seems to catch everything in.

I used a filter that comes MAZDA'S, same size but not soft and fluffy like OEM filter, felt it gives me better accelaration than the OEM filter
