I got the Clitons, I got it at the dealer for my 97, It's in the parts section. For like 20 bucks.

You can purchase a set o Factory Manuals at your Hyundai dealer. I bought a set for my '97 GLS for about $65.
OR you could go the webtech home page. I haven't checked page by page, but seems like everything in the factory manual is in the webtech page.
