Ok, right now I am beyond frustrated and I am going to try not to swear too much.

Well, you want to know why I am pissed? This is why.

In June, I had to be stupid enough to get involved in a group buy for a Tiburon kit. Yes, you guessed it, it was f**** Rick's kit. Anyhow, I didn't know that I was going to suffer this much. He kept on delaying it, and telling me that some f*** company didn't give him the kit, or whatever. Bulls***! <img src=icon_smile_angry.gif border=0 align=middle> After waiting like crazy, I decided to cancel the stupid order, because I figured I am NEVER going to get my f*** kit. So I cancelled it and I explained to Rick that I just don't trust him. He e-mails me back, trying to make me feel bad, saying that I was the least person that he would expect me to call him a scam. Well, ****, I mean, I WAS THE ONE TO E-MAIL HIM TO GET UPDATES, ALWAYS TRYING TO FIND OUT WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON... he NEVER e-mailed me once, to let me know where the order is at. <img src=icon_smile_angry.gif border=0 align=middle> He told me he was too busy to keep me updated. Whatever... anyways, he agreed that he didn't do a good business with me without keeping me updated, so he agreed to reimburse me. These are his exact words:

So anyways, I waited and I waited... nothing, it's been 3 f*** weeks, and no money. I talk to Viper and he tells me that I have to put in a request in PayPal, so I can get my money. So I did that. Guess what the f***er does? He f*** cancels it and sends me this e-mail:

Please have Joanne to request refund thru Paypal with transaction I.D.
Transaction I.D. is available from Paypal for money sent to Art Sports
account.

When your girl friend request with proper I.D., the matters can be resolve
only.

If I were to send the payment without your transaction I.D. following

Please have her to contact Paypal directly for refund procedures.

So anyways, I proceed with sending PayPal an e-mail requesting my refund and I put in like 30 ID's (I payed Rick the amount little by little). So today, I get this f*** e-mail from PayPal:

Ok... so no what? I am being bounced from one f*** end to another, and I am without $850.00. <img src="http://www.theunholytrinity.org/cracks_smileys/contrib/geno/para.gif" border=0>

I really don't know what to do, and I really need some advice. I know I made a mistake by trusting him and I don't need to hear lectures. I just need advice.

you are protected through paypal. you need to explain the situation to them better. complete meens he has accepted the money, not the deal is complete. you need to call your credit card company if that is who you paid through, get them involved.

tell him you will pursue this with the police

call your police, call the police where he lives, get **** rolling

call the bbb, actually, get online and file a report where he is located at.

call your and his state attourney general

get **** moving everwhere. you want your money back, get his phone number, send it to me, email me at [email protected] i will have my attourney call him for you. this is bullshit

let me know man, get ahold of me asap or post back up here

ravdav - Remember, I live in Canada, so it's really hard for me to do anything. If you think you can help me with this, I will appreciate it a lot. I can even reward you, if you want.

bluespanishshark - Well, I went through Send Money and sent him money... just like that. I have ID's of the transactions that I have done.

i don't care about a reward, i have been scammed too many times. yes, i'll help you out, get me transaction ids, phone numbers for everything, being in canada doesn't mean nothing, it's just a line, and an extra step. how did you put the money into your paypal account? through your bank account or with a credit card??

email me all the info you possibly have and some more, anyone feel like calling this guy with me and telling him he better straighten up and fly right?

I just e-mailed you.

I mean, this was supposed to be a present and the present was supposed to come at the end of July. I have sent 4 e-mails to him, asking him to reimburse me. No reply, nothing. I tried calling him, no answer.

If you used your credit card all you need to do is phone them up and tell them what happen. Say you want to claim a dispute charge…I think it’s called that, from there they will tell you what to do and what they will do for you. I pretty sure they even credit your money back until you get Rick to pay you.
Call the police too and see how they can help you with anything. They will probably tell step by step in what to do.

In your white pages under your city police service look up the Commercial Crime number. They are the ones that will help you out the most.

Hope that helps a little.

call your local police, and i will see what i can do for numbers for you here that you can get horse pucky thrown in his face. i will call my lawyer on wednesday, and have him give him a ring.

try from work, something, get it done though, go to www.bbbonline.com and try it from the beggining, bbb has worked like 66% of the time for me (2/3 hehe)

That type of business practices ticks me off! I've been there like you, but not for that much money. Ravdav and Bluespanishark know which way to point you to get this accomplished.

Thank you guys... I am going to fill in the complaint as soon as I get home. After that, I will call the Commercial Crime Number. I really don't know what to say to them... (I am a little shy). After that, I will see if ravdav called his lawyer.
