i cooked rice!

man i can't belive that i beat a turboed civic ex with my stock Tibby well i do have a CAI but hey its stock but i DID!!! ok ok heres what happened for those of you that like to read..

my friend and i were going down Rufe Snow Dr. in FT Worth, looking for some car clubs because we are starting one and we wanted to find out what they do. well to cut to the race i pulled into a bank parking lot and waited a the exit thinkin what we could go do. then my friend told me "hey let race someone" i said ok of course. so we saw this riced out civic past in front of us and i pulled out of the exit and chased after him. i got next to and he looked over and didnt go so i was like WTF he doesnt want to race?? so then i heard him downshift and punch it and when he did i heard a hiss from his engine. i though o crap he has turbo but said f**k it lets go and i punched too. he was 1/2 a car lenght in front of me but i keep it 3rd and was catchin up to him. i got next to him still in 3rd and i guess he was surprised that i was keepin up and i heard him downshift but it sounded like he was red lining and he shifted back to higher gear but this gave me a second enought to get ahead and by this time i was 1/2 car in front and we were getting closer to the highway and a red light, going what my friend says at 80mph. so 100ft from the light i turn on my hazards of victory and started to slow. so all in all i beat him!!!

i didnt only cook rice i burnt it!!

if you really did that good job cause i have raced a turboed civic si with my elantra and i got f***** up, well i guess it might be the si but anyway the kid is my friend and he ran 13's in the 1/4. but ya good job

Yeap I beat a old 280zx turbo the other day he was fast but I knew how to drive. we were on the free way doing around 130 a TON of cars came in front of us i went off on the side of them very close to the wall but maintaining my speed and he tryied to stay with me but started to slow down. So i hit around 140 and just took off. i looked back he was gone. oh well i hit the hazards of victory over a turboed car. too bad!1
