Either im having a brain fart or its that kinda of week. When you install a manual boost controller, it goes on the line from the wastgate to a boost source. Right?

Then with that in place you can adjust the boost from 0- to what ever it can go to. Is this correct?

Yes about the placement. No, you can't adjust it to 0. The lowest you can set it is whatever your wastegate spring is. A boost controller lets you go from whatever your spring is on the low side to whatever your turbo maxes out at on the high side.

The least amount of boost you can get is what the stock wastegate actuator is set at as said above. So if you want low boost just hook the turbo nipple up to the wastegate actuator and roll with it. Chances are its going to run 5-7psi but i cant say for sure.
