I was wondering and hoping whether there is any kind of paint/colouring method I can use to colour my dash, door trimmings and console etc. black. The thing is, sure I could just spray paint it, but isn't there a special paint that won't make the end job look cheap/shiny?

Thanks guys! <img src=/images/forums/snitz/thumbup.gif width=25 height=18 border=0>

I used the Dupli-Color Mirage kit, (about $20.00 at Napa). It's a color changing spray paint. After I got done spraying it, it looked just likecar paint, like I sprayed it on with a spray gun. Turned out very, very good <img src=/images/forums/snitz/approve.gif width=15 height=15 border=0><img src=/images/forums/snitz/approve.gif width=15 height=15 border=0>

If you take your time and not rush through it, it will turn out great <img src=/images/forums/snitz/moon.gif width=15 height=15 border=0>

I wanted to paint my dash for a while now. I had a S-Coupe that i painted but im a little worried about messing up on my tib. Is it possible to orer the parts of the dash from hyundai? Just so i have a backup in case i screw this one up. If so, how much do you think it would run me?

You could always get back-up parts at the dealer, but the only problem is...they rape you with prices.<img src=/images/forums/snitz/cry.gif width=16 height=16 border=0>
