Just wanted to post one last message. Due to my insurance jumping to over $7,000/year to compensate for my sins, I have no choice but to sell my Accent. I only drove it for 3 months before I lost my license. The $7000 is also based on an older car, with no comprehensive or collision. I'm sorry, but there's no way I am buying a mid-80's Hyundai. Therefore, I am off to the Toyota camp, I am looking at Landcruisers and 4runners from the 80's. Anyway, the morale of my story is, never, never, never shut off your brain before getting into a car.
These forums have been a blast! I hope all of you enjoy your Hyundais for many years to come. Who knows, maybe one day, when my insurance no longer views me as a threat, I will pick up the latest and greatest Hyundai. Until then, I am going to indulge in my off-roading nature and enjoy a Toyota. See ya all later... (Oh and by the way, if anyone in Ontario wants to buy a Potomac Blue Accent Gsi, let me know)
Is there a sweeter sound than a high-revving engine?
