I just bought a 02 Elantra & it brought one key & one Remote i would like to buy another remote & i have seen a few on ebay but i was told i gotta match up the Numbers on the back of my remote in order to get the right remote. Now the problem i have is my remote is so beat up it doesn't have any numbers on the back does anyone know how i can figure this out

all 01-03 elantra and santa fe remotes are the same. As long as the picture is the same as yours it's ok.
You will have to program them both if you buy a new one, but's its easy, search here or at elantraxd.com I posted it up somewhere. Or you can pay the dealer 80 bucks.

I need two new remotes, too, but all the eBay remotes are crappy looking.
