actually, the back end on the 4-door Rio is one part about it that a really don't like.
the only advantage of a Rio vs. Accent that i can see is that there's a 5-door version of the Rio (sport package, even).. so that if you can't afford the Protege5 and don't mind giving up some quality then you can go with the Rio 5-door.
If I can get the Rio for 5 grand out the door, then I would say its a great car for the money. But in magazines, such as Car and Driver, I see the Rio creeping up over 10 grand. Sorry folks, but that is Accent terriorty, if not creeping into baseline Elantras.
Hey, what do you guys think about the wagon model? I think its ugly to make a wagon out of a compact car(although the Elantra wagon was cool). Its sad to see that they all started out with 455 V-8s and rear wheel drive and now they have 2.0s and front wheel drive.<img src=icon_smile_tongue.gif border=0 align=middle>
