OK major Christmas benefit announcement,,,,,,,,,
KORE Christmas Benefit is DECEMBER 8TH in Greencastle PA. The locations is at the Rescue Hose Fire Department located on Route 11 less than two miles off interstate 81 in southern PA. We are working to make this a success....... We need your support. Each person that attends must bring a toy worth $10.00 or more to the benefit for the local orphanage/toy drive. We will be using this to show the community that we care. Tentative hours are from 5pm till 9pm December 8th. Here is what we are working on.
- Snacks / food and drinks
- DJ (hopefully)waiting to comfirm
- Get together and talk about cars....
- Raffle for door prizes from MOMO, KORE, Aerospeed, and others
- Discount tickets for Victory Speedway...
- the good feeling you get knowing you helped a child that wouldnt have a christmas this year without you.
Victory Speedway is an indoor, 16years and older, go cart track. They use modified micro sprint cars on a slick track. They hit speed of over 25 mph and an average race is 20 laps. They are working with us and allowing our participants to get a discount for their track. They are located within five minutes of the Rescue Hose location. If weather permits and your coming for the weekend. We are within 15-20 minutes from Whitetail Ski Resort which features snowboarding half pipe, expert ski slopes and a full size quad lift as well as lodge. We have secured a discount at the Comfort Inn at the same exit off Interstate 81. The discount rate for a room is $52.00 per night and they said that you can put up to 4 in the room for the same amount. They offer a complimentary breakfast as most hotels do now. They are located almost directly in front of victory speedway. We will have the local revolution 103.7x doing some promo shots on the radio and we will have coverage by Super Street Magazine as well as other local media. We are doing this for thie children. After all I have been through this year and the way the world is going right now, it feels right to band together to help someone, to make someones day a little brighter. I have my Christmas memories and I cant imagine what it would be like to not have a Christmas or Holiday. If you dont want to bring a toy. Please bring a donation of at least $10.00 or canned food of at least $10.00 and we will donate that to the local food pantry in your name. Please make sure you plan for this now as it is only a few weeks away. Please let me know ahead of time as we need a good idea for setting this up. THIS IS NOT JUST A HYUNDAI MEET. TELL YOUR FRIENDS.... ANY SPORT COMPACT IS INVITED...
