Lame Hyundai techs

I recently moved to Alaska and left my car home with my parents. Its been 3 weeks since my car was driven. My mom tried 2 start it Sat & had 2 have it towed 2 our local Hyundai dealer. The battery had died from the car not being started in 3 weeks but the funny part of the story is, I have a very heavily modded N/A stock beta engine and the tech at the dealer ship had never seen a older beta modded on my level and told my mom that the engine in my car has never sold by Hyundai when its actually the beta that came with the car and in the early model tibby's. Like I stated b4 2 all the 99-00 Elantra owners out there that engine is very potent and rare 4 our body style, so use it!!! -VgB :p

Exactly what i was going to say.

Im near there and there really isnt much more i can do. I think its almost impossible ( feasible maybe) to crank out anything more than 170 horses with a NA Beta 1.

That hyundai tech is a douche. He is just confused cause its not covered in plastic. Why are you taking it to the dealer? How old is the car?!?! Hell, as soon as that sucker is off warenty id go someplace else! save your money for the Air Ram manifold. lol.:D
Basically there ain't much u can do to the engine but u can do applenty mods with research and knowledge about ur engine, like I have and my car has been worked on and I take pride in my car so if ur not spending the time money and effort into ur engine I guess u would feel like the engine really can't be modded that much. It is a light 4dr car. I got a lot of parts from Korea so mine is heavily modded considering my options. My engine actaully looks like something compared to a lot of ugly dressed up engines. :p Plus I got a free port and polish last year from a good friend who does it for a living. Enjoy ur car cause I do mine. 2 bad we can't still show pics. So save ur lame sarcastic remarks for a newbe I'm running a 15.1 with a auto tranny! No joke

The car is a 00 and ur right about the tech being a douche. My mom is older and she didn't know not 2 take it to them, it was easy for her to take it there and get them check it out but my uncle took knows about my car so he took a new battery to the dealer laughed at them installed it in the parking lot and drove of with that sweet exhaust note. I'm the orig owner of my car but I even knew when I was starting the upgrading process not 2 let them techs at the dealer even touch my car. Mine lasted perfectly threw the warrenty. I do my own maintance, I got automotive skills. :D Now its just a project car, cause I'm awaiting my Evo VIII MR in the next month here in Alaska.

Don't assume. Like I said my car is a project car now & I'm the OG owner 4 the past 6 yrs so what ever u can think off that would make u feel like my car can or can't do what I say, that's on u. My post didn't call for assuming comments I was just saying how dumb some techs r at dealers. Try out Sharkracing, K-spec, even the store on this site, I dont have cheasy mods and I do have real work put into my car. I'm done with this post rag all u want I will still have mine and a EVO MR so enjoy ur Hyundai cause I did during the years I was upgrading mine. Peace out 4 dis post!! -VgB
Does anyone know where I might be able to get the Air Ram Intake Manifold other then Kspec?
rside went under

so

NO AIRRAM FOR YOU
My wife got T-Boned in the rear Pass. QTR panel, messed up lots of things, door, suspension, wheel, obviously Quarter panel... When they called me and said the body work was done I refused to accept the car 4 times until they fixed all their mistakes. They had not even buffed the Parts that they painted. About 2 weeks later I noticed that something didn't look right and found that they had installed a newer wheel. That was fine but the newer wheel was .5 or 1 CM wider than the original wheel. The wheel cover was sticking out from the rim 1/4 inch. looked like crap. I was extremely unhappy with their work.
