is it good for the transmission to be using low one and two as if it were a 5 speed, like down shifting to slow down and to race sometimes,and do it often, i mean why do cars have the low one and twos and on up, wut the purpose.

Towing, slick sufaces, and i know some who use it for raceing. Alothough my user manual tells me towing anything isn't a good idea..
