Is it imperative to use adjustable or shorter length shocks/struts when installing lowering coils?

How low could you go using stock length shocks before running into any issues?

Is it unadvisable to trim bumpstops or use snubbers to regain some of that lost travel?

thanx...

no you do not have to replace shock/struts at all when lowering the car. if you go lower than 2" it is advised b/c the ride will be rough as hell.
