I use Mobil One because i've NEVER heard anything bad about it.

The more u change your oil, the better. Period. there is no best interval. Just use quality stuff and u be aight. I would still prefer to change my Mobil 1 every 3000-5000 miles, just to be safe an get the dirty oil out of my car (its dark brown, going on black for a reason, contaminents).<img src=icon_smile_sleepy.gif border=0 align=middle>
