my mom has been having some problems, and her doctor wants her to get an mri. she has the symptoms of an ear infection, but no ear infection. she was saying the average cost of mri is 1800 bucks, so i thought i would try and help and look around. know any good websites?

I dont know any websites but what exactly are you looking for? I mean does the doctor think there could be a tumor is that why he wants an MRI? Either way MRI's are expensive.

They can be expensive. I've seen some as low as $495.00, but these are very rare. She most likely needs the test to rule out another condition.
