thanks about the rims, not clear light, its somehitng called vinyl mesh. u paint it any color u want, it a clear cover like a sticker and u paint it and stick it to your light, and the cool part is that it doesnt dim your lights like other vinyl products. if your interested in looking at it closer and getting 411 on the produckt go to www.visiongraphic.com and tell them i sent ya, hehe
