need help accent gt 1.5 dohc chit engine

hi I have trouble with my car my engine lake power and at high rpm it like if it was to lean like if the piston stick in the cilynder i have change plug and wire maf,fuel pump of my old scoupe turbo ,crank sensor,cam sensor.tps i dont know wath is the trouble no check ligh on!!! tanck for your help i speak french and at clubaccentquebec.com no one can answer me!!
