NEED HELPIN REMOVING INTERIOr 95 accent

i am getting my interior pieces painted tommorrow from paint shop. i know about how to do it and all but i have one piece i need to remove and cant do it. the cecnter air vent on a 95 hyundai accent.not the vent itself but the black trim that hods the vents themselves. please let me know or email me at [email protected] if u know how to do this. thanks
