I have neon tubes mounted underneath my dash on both sides so the pedal area glows. The best way I think to wire them is to find the wire for the cigarette lighter and splice it. Its one of the 12V wires in your car that isn't fused so you can attach mad stuff to it. I wired the switch and mounted it in the little compartment underneath the head unit so you can't see it. The switch is pretty easy to wire, just hook + and - up to the proper posts and you're set.
