That just means that you have to get creative. My b/f and I are currently attempting to make our own Carbon Fibre parts. I will not go into details here because I want it to be a surpise (if we can actually do it). <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle> All of my modified carsmini trucks in the past have been entirely custom. I have built them from beginning to end, no kits... This will be my first car that I actually buy kits and such for. When you are working on a 5 year old mini truck that you paid 2000$ for, it isn't such a tragedy if you happen to mess something up, a new car is an entirely different thing.
But seriously here... go and buy some cheap foam and fiberglass sheets (as well as the hardener and resin) and experiment. You might surpise yourself. Then you will have a TRULY unique car.
