<img src=/images/forums/snitz/thumbup.gif width=25 height=18 border=0>Very cool! You just got what I have been saying is possible for the 2.0 Tib or Elantra (with just CAI)...high 15's.<img src=/images/forums/snitz/smile.gif width=15 height=15 border=0> How did you shift in your best run? Did you
power-shift (hold the gas down) or
pull off the gas a lil when you shifted? The KORE CAI for my Elantra
still isn't ready, but the UR pulley should be installed on Weds...hoping I can get into the 15's with a bit more early torque and HP<img src=/images/forums/snitz/smile.gif width=15 height=15 border=0>. Props
ok here goes..........launch at 3500.... 1st gear up to 6200...no power shift to 2nd..... up to 6200...power shift to 3rd.....3rd up to 6000 rpms....powershift to 4th..as you cross the line..... with a:
********** just so you know it really does pay to shift to 4th and i am a heavy guy so once i lose some weight the times should come down too
<img src=/images/forums/snitz/eek.gif width=15 height=15 border=0>I knew it!!!!
I knew that my times were bad because I always had wheel hop or spun out too much or bogged. But your 60' times prove it. I kept up a consistent 2.6 on my 60' and you had a 2.2. That makes up for the 1/4 gap in times. I suck off the line.<img src=/images/forums/snitz/disapprove.gif width=15 height=15 border=0>
Grrrrr.. I really need to work on that.<img src=/images/forums/snitz/mad.gif width=16 height=16 border=0>
Maybe if I got rid of the stock wheels and crappy tires?<img src=/images/forums/snitz/oogle.gif width=15 height=15 border=0>
