alot, turboing a car that was never ment to have a turbo is serious stuff. If your serious about it goto amazon.com and get corky bell's maximum boost. That will teach you 90% of what you need to know.
yeah, get maximum boost before you blow your car up. if you know nothing about cars the last thing you want is an aftermarket turbo car.
If you have the cash, you can find a local shop that can install and tune a brand-name kit on your car. If you don't have much knowledge and need more HP now, that's the way to go. If you don't mind doing a little homework though, it'll be much cheaper to learn a bit and then tackle this project on your own. Just remember, that 100,000 mile warranty is out the window the moment you install a turbo. If you blow it up, you're on your own.

bad advice IMO. for someone without knowledge of cars, diagnosinga problem can be difficult, throw a turbo kit on, and there are so many more things that can mess up and go wrong, not to mention maintenance on a turbo car is much more frequent. if he seriously wants to turbocharge is car, he should learn about it first. in the end it will save a lot of hassle.

Umm, duh.. bolt on, and make someone else do it. Turbo=death for the Gk, IMHO. 6psi on a supercharger and youll be happy.

If you get a brand name kit and have it installed by a reputable shop, there should be warranties to cover anything that goes wrong.
