I found a kit from NOS (PN 05122) and Edelbrock (PN 71000) for 1.5-2.0 Mitsubishi EFI, Non-turbo engines. I just dont know if they mean OBD-I or OBD-II engines.

OBD is how the diagnostic connector on the ECU is identified, on the Mistu's if you have a 94 and Below it is OBD1. If you have 95 and up you have a OBD2 connector. That is what the OBD stands for. I your case it would be OBD1.

I know i have OBD-I but I dont know if the kit is for OBD-I or II. And only some '95 cars were OBD-II. It didn't completely change over til '96.
