I heard that when you have an automatic transmission, that you get no turbo lag, is that true?

turbo lag is the time it takes for the impeller to start spinning fast enough to creat boost... i would assume that autos would have it to sence there is no diff in the way they produce exhast.

Turbo lag is the same, regardless of transmission type.
