Ok,ive been recieving emails from a few people over at the Fxtreme and TeamSR forum about wanting to do their hood.
I need a list of people that are intrested into doing this. This is for serious people only.
If i can get a number of people he will defently charge a bit cheaper.
The people that are intrested into doing this,i need to know if you want to do a WRX scoop or just a side pocket scoop good for a CAI design.
Now in terms of pricing,im not sure what he will charge but a rough estimate would be around $300 or a little higher. That would include a complete paint job and cutting into your hood and then molding it into your hood. The price doesnt include the Scoop.
This is a good idea if your planning on going Ram Air or just for show.
Anyone thats intrested post your name, then email me at i6eguy74@hotmail.com and explain your setup Thanks!!!!!
Here are some pics of my car withthe scoop and also did the Fenders grills from a Z3 BMW

Hey Uniq
I am interested in getting this done. Exactly what does it all include. Do we have to send out a hood, or do we get a new one? Also I wanted to add some grill-like grates along the sides, sor of like the Sub 2.5RS. I don't know what your feelings are on this<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

Is that 400-500 for the installation or does that include the scoop too?

What would a total price be for someone who can drive the car to the shop and pay cash???

Cottonmouth just to let you know its anywhere between $400-$500US plus the Imprezza scoop which is around $180US.It can cost you a $1000Can for everything. It takes time to do a job like this. But if your just putting a side pocket scoop it would be alot cheaper.Id say $800Can?
Dont quote me but if you go there in person it can be alot cheaper than a $1000 including the scoop!!!!!!!

That seems pretty steep right now. Christmas is in the air and I am moving to Oakville. I will be between jobs for a bit and need all the cash I have.

My wish list isn't getting any shorter either. I can think of a few things I would like to do before I go that cosmetic.

Cams
Throttlebody
Headders
Rims/Tires
etc...
etc...
Maybe some other time.

There is a very fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness."
