Get a high flow cat. It will not add restriction. And you won't have to do extra work when emissions comes around, not to mention the good karma you're gonna get for helping the planet.

just some food for thought, it is illegal to replace the cat at all unless there is something wrong with it, so if you take it off or replace it with a high flow one just hope that when you go in for emissions that your inspector isn't a cock and check it out.

I read somewhere that it is only illegal to take off or replace your cat if the car has fewer than 50,000 miles. But anything over then you can pretty much do whatever you want, except remove it.
