IN the wet, round a round about slowly, slipped, mounted the curb and buckled the front lower arm assembly
Ive also managed to bend the bolt on the tie rod. That appears to be the only visible damage but what else should I inspect or have problems with?
The cars still drivable to a degree but it aint moving, any suggestions?

I had the same thing a month ago. The dealer first changed the lower arm, because that was visibly bent. But then they could not get the car aligned within specs. Then they took the whole left side suspension apart and changed the knuckle. There was no visible damage to it, but after replacing it the car could be aligned within specs.

Suspension damage is no fun. I have the feeling that the car is driving different than before. But it is aligned within spec, it does not pull left or right on a straight road. I can do 100mph and the steering wheel does not shake or vibrate or anything.

Thanxs simp, ill look into that. Ive ordered a lower control wishbone and the local mechanic inspected it. He agreed it was the only visible damage. I will see how it goes and what else needs to be replace. The lower arm however set me back ~$270au
